Day 3: Finding Neverland

Sooo first of all, im thinking i´m not going to have a schedule for the movies, i´ll better see the one i feel like seeing in the day, it´ll be more fun... for me at least.

I guess i´ll improvise.
Oh man i hadn´t had time to watch my series, glee and the big bang theory, im so behind everything....
Anyways today i saw Finding Neverland.

I had seen it weeks ago but i saw it with my  mom and aunt but they kept talking so i couldnt listen anything, but today was the day :D

We all know Peter Pan right? , well this movie is about how the story came out, how the autor imagined it.

J.M. Barrie, a writter meets the Davis boys and their mother, Sylvia Llewelyn, who inspire the play.

After a bad reception of his latest play, he is trying to write another one, they develop a strong frienship and plays a lot with them, he has a great imagination, and the boys love to play with him. He start to get ideas from those games and to incorporate them to the story .

He gets specially attached to Peter Davis who is a boy that doesn´t likes to play with his imagination at first because of the death of his father he whants to be and adult, but with help of James he starts to develops his talents.

The play is a success, but Sylvia doesn´t see it, so James takes it to her house, before she dies from a unkown disease. At the end he takes care of the kids, along with their grandmother.

Its really touching the story, how at the end the real Peter Pan was James Barry because he was like a boy really, with such an imagination, the play became very famous, and i also teared up a little.

The acting is amazing, i mean Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet, and Freddie Highmore who plays Peter.
How James cares about them, and even though everybody criticize him for spending so much time with them, they didn´t cared.

Is a story about believing, in ourselves, in the people we love and loves us, believe that everything is posible if you try.

That imagination is a powerfull tool, that we all have, we just have to understand it and try it.

Personally i loved this movie, i liked peter pan before, but now it has a diferent meaning.

The score is amazing too.

I loved a review i read in Rotten Tomatoes
"Like Big Fish and The Neverending Story, this is a film that reminds us that life, coloured by our perceptions, is what we make it; all we have to do is believe"

What are your toughts?? did you liked it??

What part?

xo

OHH and like i said the score is just amazing!!!

Go listen!
